About me
I started my career in 2015 working with visual design, art direction, branding, and web design at advertising agencies. In 2020, I was hired by a software house where I got interested and eventually decided to focus on product design (UX/UI).
Since then, I have worked with agile teams from Brazil, Belgium, India, USA, and the UK, designing B2B and B2C products for various sectors, including banking, insurance, healthcare, SaaS, and NFTs.

My 8-year academic and professional background in visual communication helps me guide UX/UI projects more concisely, taking impactful and consistent design directions and holistically ensuring the alignment of the user experience across the brand touchpoints.

Lucas was thrown into a project that was SO difficult, and he responded by working hard to understand the real problems, staying positive - and using his skills to give his client as much as was possible.
Our developers were in almost opposite time-zones across the world, but Lucas joined meetings in the early hours of his morning. Our company didn't give Lucas access to the software he needed, so he worked with what he had and updated his work as new tools became available. We gave Lucas competing requirements from two different departments, and he worked with us to produce a sensible and workable solution.
Overall, my experience of Lucas was that he is talented, positive, helpful and smart. I hope we can work together again some day.
